There is a well defined thin walled cystic lesion is noted arising from anterior wall of mid vagina, above the pubic symphysis level. It shows incomplete septations within. It is indenting the neck of urinary bladder and mildly displacing the urethra to left side. It is not opacified with contrast on delayed images and on passing urine.
No obvious communication with urinary tract noted.
