- Please get hepatitis B vaccine, if you have got then check for the booster dose.
- Get your college ID card done.
- Atleast three to four apron you require. PCPNDT is very strict. You need to wear apron when you are doing ultrasound with NAMEPLATE.
- Keep all imp documents in soft copy in your mail and pendrive and one copy in department computer.
- You must have Professional insurance. Just because you are pg you are not exempted. Patients can sue if wrong reports are issued.
- Logbook is a must. Don't loose it after pg also. For all foreign exams and DNB exam first thing they will ask is your log book.
- Start preparing part 1 of your thesis.
- Must eat one Multivitamin daily.
- Compulsory to wear mask and gloves while doing USG for your safety.
- Dry fruits and Dairy milk, optional to keep fit and not get tired and exhausted in night duties.
- IRIA membership is a must. Visit www.iria.in download the form, fill it and submit it.
- Passport photo 50 copy. Many inspections you will require.
- Pepper spray for your safety.
- Health insurance if you don't have one.
- Always keep a Pocketspiral book in apron so that you can note down interesting cases, teaching points.
- IMA membership. Visit your local IMA branch and get the membership done.
- Start writing atleast one answer daily to one previous year question and get it corrected.
