- NG in situ.
- Short segment, ~30mm in length circumferential wall thickening with enhancement seen in the recto sigmoid region. Single maximum wall thickness measures ~ 11mm.
- Perilesional fat stranding seen. Small regional lymph nodes are seen measuring ~ 4mm
- There is dilatation of the proximal colonic loops and mid distal ileum.
- Mild ascites seen.
- Bilateral mild pleural effusion seen with basal atelectasis. Minimal pericardial effusion.
- Bilateral small inguinal hernia, fluid seen in the right inguinal hernia.
Ø Neoplastic Recto sigmoid region stricture with dilatation of the proximal colonic loops and ileal loops, peri lesional fat stranding and small regional lymph nodes.
Ø Mild ascites and bilateral mild pleural effusion.
Ø Bilateral small inguinal hernia.
Prostatomegaly.
