Large lobulated and elongated solid lesion is noted in the left para-aortic region, just anterior and superior to the left kidney. It measures 5.8cms (CC) x 3.8cms (AP) x 2.6cms (TR) dimensions. Medially, it is abutting the left diaphragmatic crus. Posteriorly, it is abutting the anterior cortex of the upper polar region of left kidney. The left adrenal gland appears displaced antero-laterally. Anteriorly, it is mildly abutting the posterior surface of pancreas.
