- Well defined moderately enhancing polypoidal solid mass lesion noted arising from the 2nd and proximal 3rd parts of duodenum.
- It measures ~ 4.9 x 4.2 x 6.1 cm (APxTRxCC).
- It is noted arising from the medial wall and is distending the lumen of duodenum.
- Small area of surface irregularity noted at postero-superior aspect of the lesion – S/o Ulcer.
- Few discrete coarse calcifications are noted.
- Multiple vessels are noted with in the mass.
- Surrounding fat appears normal. Fat planes between the lesion and head of pancreas maintained.
- Few small oval lymph nodes are noted adjacent to the head of pancreas measuring about 7 mm in short axis diameter.
- CBD appears prominent and measures 9 mm. No IHBRD.
- MPD is not dilated.
