Total anomalous pulmonary venous connection

Patient History : Not specified
Gender:Female
Age:2 Y

Ø Common atrium.
Ø Overriding of aorta with large VSD. 
Ø Right sided aortic arch with descending aorta to the right o mid line.
Ø Relatively smaller caliber of main pulmonary artery.
Ø  Double SVC.
Ø  Total anomalous pulmonary venous collection. Pulmonary veins form confluence behind the left atrium. The common vein courses superiorly and drains in to left sided SVC, which intern drains in to left sided atrium.
Ø  IVC draining into left sided atrium.
Ø  Common origin of celiac and superior mesenteric arteries.
Ø Large mixed hiatus hernia.
