An well-encapsulated expansile lytic heterogenously enhacing lesion with extraosseous soft tissue component, having lobulated margins, with few non enhancing necrotic areas within in the epimetaphyseal region involving the head, greater and lesser trochanters and proximal 1/3rd of shaft of left humerus, with extensions, relations and arterial supply as described. Differentials to be considered are:
1. Giant cell tumor
2. Aneurysmal bone cyst
