Aoritc aneurysm

Gender:Female
Age:56 y

Saccular aneurysmal dilatation of the abdominal aorta extending from lower border of L3 vertebra up to the bifurcation for a length of 5cm, measuring 3.5cm in diameter at lower border of L3 vertebra noted. Atherosclerotic changes with significant wall calcifications noted in the abdominal aorta with no evidence of para-aortic fat stranding/intramural bleed/peri-aortic  hematoma/extravasation of contrast seen. No evidence of retroperitoneal collection.
