Fairly well-defined homogeneous opacity noted in the left hilar region, forming obtuse angles with the aortic shadow, measuring approx. 9x6 cm in its maximum dimensions. No calcific radiodensities noted within. Hilar vessels are seen coursing through the mass lesion. And the left cardiac border is well seen.
