An ill-defined irregular moderate sized soft tissue intensity lesion noted in the lower anterior abdominal wall. It measures approximately 4.5 x 2.8 x 6.2 cm. It is involving the right rectus abdominis muscle and adjacent deep subcutaneous fat along the surgical scar. It shows focal areas of blood degradation products. It shows heterogeneous enhancement after contrast administration.
