· There is diffuse sub- endocardial enhancement seen along the anterior and antero inferior wall of the Right ventricle, apex, RV aspect of the interventricular septum.
· Focal areas of sub endocardial enhancement seen along the apex,lateral wall of the mid left ventricle cavity and LV aspect of the mid interventricular septum as well as along the LV insertion points.
· Focal areas of epi- cardial enhancement seen along the lateral wall of the left ventricle.
· There is focal segmental thinning of the right ventricle lateral wall.
· Focal mild interventricular septal thickening in the mid cavity: Maximum thickness of 13mm.
