Bilateral partial ovarian torsion

Patient History : Lower abdominal pain
Gender:Female
Age:21 Y

Left ovary –
-          Is moderately enlarged in size  ( Volume – 51cc) , 
-          Twisted ovarian pedicle noted in left adnexa adjacent to left ovary.
-          The ovary is displaced medially and located posterior to the uterus in left para median plane.
-          Multiple Tiny peripherally located cysts are noted – suggestive of polycystic morphology.
-          Peripheral enhancement with central non enhancement noted on post contrast images.
 
Right ovary -
-          Mildly enlarged in size(Volume – 27cc), 
-          Located posterior to the uterus in right para median plane.
-          Multiple Tiny peripherally located cysts noted – suggestive of polycystic morphology.
-          Peripheral enhancement with central non enhancement noted on post contrast images.

Mild free fluid in cul-de-sac
