There is a large , well-defined, anterior cranial fossa mass based on the planum sphenoidale as described
· It is moderately compressing and superiorly depressing the inferior frontal lobes.
· Minimal effacement of the frontal horns of both the lateral ventricles noted.
· Anteriorly it is extending into the suprasellar cistern and involving the groove for the optic chiasma.
· Posteriorly it is compressing the genu of the corpus callosum and abutting the anterior 3rd ventricle.
· It is displacing the vessels peripherally.
· On contrast administration, vivid enhancement noted.
· Secondary bony changes as evidenced by pneumosinus dilatans of the sphenoid sinuses.
