A well-defined rounded lesion noted in the superficial and adjacent deep lobe of left parotid gland posterior to the angle of mandible;
- Appears homogenous, mildly hypointense on T1W images and markedly hyperintense on T2W images. Shows a thin fibrous capsule around it.
- No restriction diffusion noted on DWI/ADC map sequences.
- No extra parotid extension noted.
- Parotid duct is normal. No intraluminal lesion noted.
